What We Do

Our goal is to first embed the DNA of lean six sigma into the culture of organizations. We usually do this by training the employees of our client’s on the lean six sigma methodology.

We will guide the workforce in identifying the wastes and defects that are creating Challenges, Issues and Pains both in their work processes and the business. Once identified, we will convert them into Process Improvement project opportunities and prioritize them in line with business needs. The potential pipeline projects will also be classified based on the complexity and estimated financial benefits to the company as;

• Quick Wins / Just do it Projects

• Yellow Belts Project

• Green Belt Projects

• Black Belt Projects

Then proceed to hand-hold clients’ staff through a systematic project execution exercise using the DMAIC Roadmap of Lean Six Sigma Methodology.

We facilitate an initial discussion with our clients’ executives and key managers involving interactive exercises to understand the process of CPI Deployment, this requires our clients’ sharing their vision and strategies with us in advance for us to incorporate them into customized exercises. This also affords our clients’ the opportunity to learn how to focus and align their activities, how to involve all levels of the organization, and how to apply the methodology to consistently achieve results.

This discussion includes:

• Preparing for CPI Transformation

• Understanding alignment and business impact

• Identifying balanced objectives and success measures

• Creating an organizational structure to support implementation

• Prioritizing activities

• Communicating the CPI goals

At the conclusion of the initial facilitation, our clients’ would have the option of working further with us to support and develop:

• Aligned high-level Lean Six Sigma strategies and measures

• Initial implementation plan

• The foundation of a communication plan and training plan

We will also use the CPI Program Deployment Cycle/Framework to guide our clients toward embedding CPI in their organizational DNA as shown below;
